Our Facility and Classrooms
Leaps and Bounds Preschool and Infant Center encompasses 7500 square feet in a safe, clean and modern building. Our very spacious playground encourages a variety of large muscle activity with ample room to climb, ride, run and play.
Each age has its own classroom with an environment enriched with age appropriate toys and materials. Lesson plans are posted on the Communication Board along with other information to keep parents "in the loop." The teachers proudly display the children's artwork and your child's folder may contain take home materials such as art, notes from the teacher, etc.

Our classrooms have Centers for science, dramatic play, reading and listening, music and movement, art, premath and counting, writing and other fine motor skills. Your child's time with us will be exciting and productive.
Programs
Leaps and Bounds Preschool and Infant Center accepts children from 6 weeks to 2 years of age and is designed to supplement the loving and nurturing of the family. Teachers encourage positive social interactions through play. The children participate in storytime, art, music, outdoor play, and a variety of sensory experiences.
The supportive atmosphere allows each child to grow and develop independence in a safe and secure environment.

Leaps and Bounds Preschool and Infant Center accepts children from 2 years to 6 years of age ready for group experiences. The program is designed to foster individuality, independence, creative expression through arts, problem solving and decision making skills. Emphasis is placed both on oral and written language as well as math concepts using a fun, hands-on approach.
Children are taught to respect the differences in others while learning to work and play cooperatively within a group. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing a positive self-image as a learner in preparation for kindergarden success.
The afternoon hours provide opportunities for rest and participation in both indoor and outdoor activities.
